Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for our Lancaster, PA store to supervise the team, model exceptional service, and uphold brand standards. You’ll work with store leaders to drive daily operations, coach staff, and create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

The role requires approximately two years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing
• Lead by example on sales floor and coach team
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a positive work environment
