Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1929-ParkWest-ANN-Peoria, AZ 85345 to champion personalized customer service and coach associates toward exceptional experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to model and sustain LOFT’s standards, while stepping in as manager when needed.

You’ll bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and proven leadership, with a talent for coaching, organization, and driving a customer-focused, profitable store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
