You will partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, development, and daily operations, using data to drive results and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
