Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1362-The Shoppes Grand Prairie-ANN-Peoria, IL 61615. This role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and supporting associates while collaborating with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Effective communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Support onboarding and development of an engaged team.
• Foster an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with customer focus.
