Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model top-notch customer experiences while guiding associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will bring 6 months of retail sales experience and, ideally, prior management experience. Strong communication, coaching skills, and comfort with a POS system are essential. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
