Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to use data and judgement to support decisions.
• Willing to learn and teach others.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows OS.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive personal, department, and store results through team and customer relationships.
• Build memorable store experiences with clienteling and events.
• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries.
• Improve selling behaviors and metrics through leadership and onboarding.
• Leverage selling tools and devices for omnichannel experiences.
• Maintain policy knowledge and keep the team informed of products and promotions.
• Foster associate engagement and celebrate achievements.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas.
