Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives and drive metrics.
• Create memorable experiences through team, customer, and community relationships and support clienteling and events.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers to provide personalized service and enhance shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Enhance selling behaviors and metrics by communicating goals, onboarding, and coaching teammates.
• Leverage selling tools and devices to provide omnichannel experiences and communicate inventory and product features.
• Maintain knowledge of company policy, promotions, and store events for the team.
• Champion associate engagement and foster a positive store culture where team members feel valued.
• Maintain appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives with adherence to safety and security protocols.
