Job summary

LOFT in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to join our store team. You will model and deliver personalized customer experiences, coach associates, and work with the Store Manager to keep store operations running smoothly.

You'll be a brand ambassador, driving a welcoming environment, meeting performance goals, and using available tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Flexible availability and prior retail leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to associates and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain store operations and be ready to step in as manager.
