LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Lead to support and model excellent customer experiences in our Pottstown, PA store. You will guide associates, assist with onboarding, and ensure the store runs smoothly while maintaining LOFT’s standards.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, coaching team members, and stepping in as manager when required. Flexible availability and a proactive mindset are key to success.

Qualifications

• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates excel in customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Be ready to step into the role of manager when needed.
