Job summary

LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and support a high-engagement team. You will partner with the Store Manager to train and guide associates, ensuring revenue and service standards align with the LOFT brand.

You will foster an inclusive store environment, coach staff, and use our tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Process freight and backstock, lifting up to 40lbs - safely using step stools and ladders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates to do the same.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to provide leadership and training.
• Step in as manager when needed and model brand standards.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and omnichannel shopping experience.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
