Job summary

LOFT in York, PA seeks a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and coach store associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations and step in as manager when needed.

Requirements include 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), some management experience, proficiency with POS systems, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time role with merchandise discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
