The role includes assisting with plan-o-grams, maintaining displays, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximize profitability and minimize losses.

The position requires basic math, cash handling, safety awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add/sub/percent).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Experience with IBM POS cash register functions.
• Awareness of safety policies and practices in-store.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks following store procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves; build displays.
• Restock returned merchandise and maintain storefront cleanliness.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and product placement.
• Greet customers and help locate merchandise.
