Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and cash handling.
• Familiarity with plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process cartons and totes according to store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise and build displays; assist with plan-o-grams.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and providing service leadership.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, bag merchandise and collect payment.
• Open/close store under Area Manager direction and maintain security practices.
• Keep store clean, safe, and well-organized; support bank deposits and paperwork.
