Job summary

You will work to maximize profitability while safeguarding assets and ensuring a safe, clean store environment. The position includes unloading trucks, stocking, assisting customers, and opening/closing procedures under Area Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and follow prescribed receiving processes.
• Stock merchandise and build displays; rotate and face items on shelves.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate the cash register, bag purchases, and process payments accurately.
• Open/close the store under direction of Area Manager and monitor cashier activity.
