Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Grove City, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model excellence in store operations and customer service, helping Associates grow and stay engaged.

The role emphasizes coaching, execution of brand standards, and readiness to step into a management role when needed, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Loft brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Use tools to stay informed on priorities and promotions and enable omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
