LOFT in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and supporting store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop a highly engaged team and represent the brand in daily operations.

Role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help maintain store standards and drive an omnichannel shopping experience with available tools.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating with others and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
