LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Flemington, NJ to support and role model outstanding customer experiences while guiding store associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure flawless store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
