Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our Bridgewater, NJ location. You will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates, collaborating with the Store Manager to run store functions and step in as manager when needed.

You bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and some management experience, plus technology proficiency to operate the POS. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities
