Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will help onboard and coach associates, ensuring brand standards and seamless operations across the store.

You will use available tools to foster a customer-centric environment, provide real-time feedback, and collaborate with leadership to deliver omnichannel service. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
Management experience (preferred).
Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead and model personalized customer experiences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to peers.
Uphold visual and operational standards while staying customer-focused.
Build productive relationships and collaborate with colleagues to share ideas.
Step into the manager role when needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
