Job summary

LOFT seeks a Sales Lead for our Sea Girt, NJ location to mentor and guide a team while delivering a personalized customer experience. You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain brand standards and oversee daily store operations when needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail sales and management experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, coaching-oriented approach. This role offers part-time hours, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Ensure seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
