Job summary

You will coach and develop team members, maintain deep product knowledge, and collaborate on visual merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in women’s specialty retail or customer-obsessed environment.
• Proven ability to contribute to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and delivering personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to assist customers in purchasing decisions.
• Help with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, floor sets, and inventory management.
