LOFT in Flowood, Mississippi is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide team members. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and ensure the brand's standards are met.

This role emphasizes coaching, on-the-spot feedback, and engaging with customers while maintaining visual and inventory standards. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations and onboarding.
• Coach associates and provide in-the-moment feedback.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and brand integrity.
• Maintain inventory and utilize tools for a seamless omnichannel experience.
