LOFT in Flowood, MS is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations, coach teammates, and ensure the brand standards and daily tasks are executed to drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Retail experience and leadership potential preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand through personalized customer interactions and guidance to associates.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of actions.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to enhance customer interactions.
• Use technology to stay informed on promotions and enable omnichannel experiences.
• Step into management when needed to support store operations.
