Job summary

LOFT in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and support an engaged team while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, flexible scheduling, and readiness to step in as manager when needed. Prior retail leadership and POS proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to support and model brand standards.
• Assist with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and drive a seamless omnichannel experience.
