Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Flowood, MS location. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, role-model hospitality, and ensure brand standards in every customer interaction. Your focus is to create memorable shopping experiences beyond the transaction.

With 2 years of retail management experience preferred, you will coach, schedule, and share product knowledge while maintaining operational excellence and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities with store teams and coach performance.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Schedule and inventory duties and support scheduling as needed.
