LOFT in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and be prepared to step in as acting manager when needed.

The role emphasizes on-brand customer service, team development, and maintaining top visual and operational standards across the store, including omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and prioritizes assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitability.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to each associate.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas to support the team.
• Stay informed on company priorities and promotions to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
