Job summary

Böhme, LLC in Idaho Falls is seeking a Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager to deliver Gold Star service, maintain merchandising, and uphold store standards.

You will lead daily opening and closing procedures, manage cash deposits, supervise staff, and drive sales while protecting assets.

The role requires a minimum of a high school education with supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with POS and store software.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme.
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
