Job summary

Böhme, LLC in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, customer experience, and store operations.

You will lead the team through opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention while pursuing KPI targets and training opportunities to develop leadership within the team.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise with POS systems, inventory, and price adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all store opening and closing procedures and cash deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, backroom, cash wrap and sales floor stock.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team to reach sales goals and KPI targets.
• Oversee cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Oversee product receiving, inventory control and merchandising.
• Execute price adjustments and markdowns.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect store assets.
• Report customer or employee concerns to Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development programs and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to

maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation

assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• ·Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the
• bank
• · Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of
• the store
• · Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• · Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• · Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• · Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• · Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• · Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• · Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• · Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• · Performs all other duties as assigned
