Job summary

böhme is a leading lifestyle women’s fashion retailer seeking a Sales Lead to join our Missoula store and help drive growth and excellence in customer service and operations.

You will work with the Store Manager to maintain merchandising standards, manage daily store operations, and lead the team toward strong sales performance while upholding loss prevention and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme.
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager.
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

About the role:

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.
