Job summary

Böhme, LLC is a leading lifestyle retailer offering trendy clothing, accessories, and footwear. We seek an efficient store supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales.

You will manage opening/closing, supervise staff, ensure POS accuracy, and uphold loss prevention while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Ensure cash register efficiency, including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of Böhme.
• Report any customer or employee concerns/incidents to Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
