böhme is a leading lifestyle women’s fashion retailer seeking a Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager to deliver stellar customer service, oversee merchandise presentation, and support store operations.

The role emphasizes opening/closing procedures, cash handling, team supervision, and driving sales while maintaining loss prevention standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in sales and service to meet goals.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and cash deposits.
• Maintain store presentation, housekeeping and inventory control.
• Handle cash wrap, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Report incidents to Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development and training.
• Ensure loss prevention standards and secure store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work weekends (15–29 hours).

About the role:

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you'll do:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
