Job summary

Bohme is seeking a Sales Lead in Missoula, MT. This role supports the Store Manager, drives customer service excellence, and leads a team to hit sales targets. You will manage POS operations, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring attractive merchandising and loss prevention measures.

The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for fashion retail. Weekend availability is required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with POS and store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all store opening and closing procedures, including cash deposits.
• Keep sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and store organized and clean.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales.
• Drive sales by meeting KPI benchmarks and coaching others.
• Perform cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Receive products, manage inventory, and merchandise accordingly.
• Execute price adjustments and markdowns as needed.
• Support loss prevention and protect store assets.
• Report concerns to Store Manager and participate in training.

About the role:

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

Hours: 15-29 (must be willing to work weekends)

What you’ll do:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store ManagerParticipation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
