Job summary

böhme is seeking a Sales Lead to work in our Twin Falls, Idaho store. The role partners with the Store Manager to maintain exceptional customer service, strong merchandise presentation, and effective loss prevention while managing daily operations.

The Sales Lead will drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and stock processes. This position emphasizes leadership development and teamwork in a fast-fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to obtain this role
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures, including cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all areas
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns/incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned

What you will be doing:
