Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures, including cash deposits
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and store areas
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales
• Lead team to achieve sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Ensure cash handling, discounts, exchanges, and returns are managed efficiently
• Oversee product receiving, processing, inventory control, and merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdowns per policy
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect store assets
• Report customer or employee concerns/incidents to the Store Manager
• Participate in leadership development programs and training materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO OBTAIN THIS ROLE

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the

bank

• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of

the store

• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales


• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks


• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns


• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising


• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes


• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme


• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager


• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials


• Performs all other duties as assigned
