Trane Technologies is offering a hands-on Summer Internship in Charlotte focused on technical sales. You will work with industry-leading Sales Account Managers and customers to understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems for residential applications.

The program targets students actively pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree with an interest in a sales career, and offers exposure to our broad product lines and dealer networks.

Formación

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate degree program with an interest in pursuing a sales career path.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems and services.
• Onboard new dealers and introduce residential order placement resources.
• Lead generation and participation in sales meetings and customer visits.
• Support the sales process from start to finish and learn the steps involved.
