Responsibilities

Support client satisfaction by assisting with client communication and problem resolution.
Develop product expertise and share knowledge with internal teams and customers by contributing to training resources and best practices.
Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
