Job summary

BOS Security, Inc. is seeking a Sales Hunter to grow VirtuGuard Remote Guarding through proactive business development in the US market. You will own new opportunities from prospecting to close, building trust with decision-makers and presenting a modern, technology-enabled security solution.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor remote guarding proposals, manage pipeline in CRM, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and compelling value messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven record of opening new accounts and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to sell value and business outcomes.
• Comfort discussing technology and security needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, and targeted industry research.
• Qualify leads and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, property managers, and operations leaders.
• Identify security gaps and prepare remote guarding proposals.
• Use the CRM to manage pipeline, follow-up, expected close dates, and projected revenue.
