Your upbeat demeanor and sales acumen help make every interaction positive and memorable, while supporting Artemis Wax Core Values: teamwork, energy, commitment. You will greet guests, understand their needs, educate on wax pass options and promotions, book reservations, and share product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computers.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone.
• Engage guests to understand needs and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options and promotions.
• Book reservations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby.
