Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Bowling Green, OH, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will support the Director of Sales with answering calls, assisting tours, managing leads in the CRM, and addressing customer inquiries.

This role focuses on converting inquiries into move-ins, developing referral partnerships, coordinating campus events, and ensuring a welcoming, tour-ready environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and progression of inquiry sales via follow-up and closing, using CRM.
• Responds promptly to referrals and inquiries and manages CRM.
• Supports welcoming new customers during move-in activities and communications.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures tours are ready with marketing collateral, model room, and tour stations; conducts tours.
• Answers multi-line phone system promptly and directs callers appropriately.
