Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of retail experience, or 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Delegate daily tasks, monitor performance and ensure department coverage.
• Greet customers, clarify needs and identify solutions, close sales.
• Oversee down stocking, inventory management and area recovery.
• Open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD) when needed.
