Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior service-industry experience is preferred.
• Retail training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, process payments, authorize refunds and store credits.
• Ensure proper rotation of store merchandise and maintain an inviting sales floor.
• Model professional behavior for employees and trainees across all aspects of performance.
