Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to support day-to-day store operations and sales performance in alignment with company standards. The role acts as a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager, and may supervise during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience or a minimum of 90 days in the service industry.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register operations and process payments, returns and credits.
• Ensure proper rotation of store merchandise and maintain displays.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free shopping environment.
• Supervise and mentor Sales Floor Associates when assigned by management.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts and assist in store operations.
• Record and balance receipts and help with daily paperwork.
