JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Assistant to drive exceptional customer service and profitable sales growth. You will lead associates, manage merchandise standards, and support training and development to execute company programs.

You will handle merchandise flow, RFID inventory processes, and floor replenishment while keeping the selling floor organized and visually aligned with brand standards. This role also supports omnichannel tasks and store operations.
