Goodwill Industries Southern New England Inc is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the Groton store floor, ensuring fast, friendly service at cash registers and at donation points. You will monitor performance, merchandising standards, and the customer/donor experience.

Under the Store Manager's direction, you will lead scheduling, training, and loss prevention initiatives, while driving sales and keeping operations compliant with company policies and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year related retail supervision experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor and ensure customer/donor satisfaction.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention efforts.
• Coach and train team members to meet service and performance targets.
• Monitor cash handling, pricing, promotions, and inventory to achieve goals.
