Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members in the moment and foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture.

You’ll manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, restocks, and product launches, using data to improve performance and celebrate wins with your team. Open availability required; stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations with a lens of Operational Excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Deliver feedback and support individual growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members; reinforce standards and store policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge; support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs; track sales and celebrate wins.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to build a positive, inclusive culture; resolve issues with empathy and speed.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
