Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Thousand Oaks, CA to guide the sales team and embody Vuori’s brand values. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, train staff, manage daily store operations, and stay current on products.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to sales and customer service. The position requires mornings/evenings, 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team and engaging customers.
• Own the sales floor and prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise fit.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through product details and events.
• Lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager are away.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to advise customers.
• Ensure inventory needs are communicated to support business goals.
• Maintain daily store operations, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
