SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and coach team members on selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement. You will support opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store upkeep while upholding brand standards and an inclusive culture.

You will drive performance through coaching, use sales data to improve results, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused environment across shifts. This role is full-time and on-site at our store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related industry.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and our mission to serve the team and customers through innovation and inclusivity.
• Strong ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and focus on team collaboration and customer connection.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance and drive business results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold visual and operational standards.
• Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around the store; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional, and personalized service on the floor and modeling those behaviors for the team.
• Manage as Sales Floor Captain by driving performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and store operations meet standards of Operational Excellence, including opening/closing, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members; reinforce standards, brand values, and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs, drive results, track performance, set goals, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with the team to inspire and build a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
