Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of retail experience, or 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience giving direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily outcomes and ensure department coverage.
• Handle customer-facing activities and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Support merchandising decisions and area recovery as needed.
• Communicate upward about concerns, issues and morale.
