Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment or 3 years if no direct customer service experience.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience supporting or participating in training and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience in-store.
• Coach and train staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Ensure store safety, perform safety walks, and communicate hazards to management.
• Support merchandising decisions and area recovery as needed.
