SKIMS in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, coach team members, and model exceptional customer experiences. You will lead operations, open/close procedures, and ensure store standards are maintained while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

In this role you’ll develop your team, manage inventory and visual standards, and collaborate with leaders to hit KPIs, celebrate wins, and deliver brand-values in every shift.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail.

• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use feedback to improve performance.
• Uphold visual and operational standards.
• Able to stand and stay active during shifts.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset delivering warm, personalized service.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations with a lens of Operational Excellence.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide growth moments through feedback and learning agility.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking performance and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, ownership.
• Assist with action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps.
